ARTHUR IS WITH JESUS

SUNDAY, JULY 20, 2008 06:27 PM, CDT This afternoon, about four o’clock, Arthur’s body finally gave in. His body finally fell into the rest it so absolutely needed. In the end, Michael, I, and Tera (a Hospice nurse) were next to the pillow that he rested on. Tim and Mama Karen weren’t too far behind. We gave him one final kiss and hug from all of you before we said goodbye. Although we wish, oh how painfully we wish, things were different, we also have to acknowledge our relief that Arthur’s fierce struggles are all over with. It is done! And we could not be more happy for our little boy; he’s finally free.Funeral services will be held next Saturday at First Christian Church. We will let you know more about that in next few days. Thank you everyone. Hug and kiss your kids tonight. Hug them twice as long to make up for Arthur’s lost hugs. Kiss them once more every night. WWW.CARINGBRIDGE.COM
